dc.description.abstract	The document explains that the meeting of Directors of Plant Protection in the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) was convened in Trinidad with the assistance and collaboration of the Representative and Staff of the Office of IICA in Trinidad and Tobago. The proceedings of that meeting were prepared with the assistance of the staff of the IICA Office in St. Lucia.
