The Institute increased the capacities of 35 Micro and Small Enterprises to prepare and market foods the safe way through their participation in two workshops. The capacity of 25 small ruminant farmers and other stakeholders in the industry was strengthened from their participation in two workshop. IICA documented the innovative systems adopted by three farming families and submitted their case studies to the FONTAGRO competition. IICA through its AHFS Program hosted a seminar so that four officials from the Ministry of Health (The Codex Focal Point).
