Abstract

Lo que se propone con este nuevo concepto operativo de coherencia es simplemente que, en el marco del Acuerdo sobre Agricultura que se está negociando en la OMC, con objetivos y orientaciones bien definidos, no sólo se acuerden compromisos, obligaciones y medidas capaces de ser instrumentadas por la OMC, sino que las mismas se extiendan a otros organismos internacionales que tienen competencias y capacidad para instrumentarlos.

What is proposed with this new operational concept of coherence is simply that, within the framework of the Agreement on Agriculture that is being negotiated in the WTO, with well-defined objectives and guidelines, not only commitments, obligations and measures capable of being implemented by the WTO, but rather that they are extended to other international organizations that have competence and capacity to implement them.
